Viridra AI ("we," "our," "us") operates the Viridra AI website and application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Data you provide directly to us

Account information: name, email, hashed password
Payment information: processed via Stripe (we never see your card data)
Content data: topics, tones, audiences provided for generation
Communications: support emails, feedback, and inquiries
Profile data: Google OAuth information (name, email, profile photo)

4. Claude AI and Data Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate LinkedIn content.

Your topics, tones, and audiences are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not store this data beyond generation — it is not used for model training or other purposes.

The prompts generated by our system (system instructions for Claude) do not contain your personal data.

You retain ownership of the content you generate. Anthropic only processes your request without storing it.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe

Stripe processes subscription payments. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (the strictest standard). We never have access to your card data.

Google OAuth

Google OAuth enables sign-in via your Google account. Google receives your sign-in request and returns a session token to us. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Anthropic Claude

Anthropic processes your prompts via Claude. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for its data retention policy.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures:

HTTPS encryption for all communications
Hashed passwords (bcrypt, never stored in plaintext)
Input validation to prevent SQL injection and XSS
Rate limiting to prevent abuse (20 generations/5 min per user)

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service:

Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted 90 days after account deletion
Generation history: kept for archive purposes, deleted upon request
Logs: kept for 30 days, then deleted

You can request complete deletion of your account at any time. Your account will be anonymized and all your personal data will be deleted. Your generations and transaction history will be retained anonymously for record-keeping purposes.

You can download a complete copy of your data (profile, generations, transactions) in JSON format. This data belongs to you and can be transferred to another service.
