1. Agreement
By accessing and using Viridra AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Use License
Viridra AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal and professional needs.
You may not resell, rent, lend, or otherwise monetize access to the Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Access the Service via unauthorized scripts, bots, or automation tools
- Use the Service to generate illegal, defamatory, or harassing content
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting, credit systems, or security measures
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Use the Service to compete with Viridra AI or create similar products
- Scrape or bulk download content from the Service
- Sell or distribute access to the Service
4. Content and Intellectual Property
The Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of prompts and content you create. You grant us a license to host and display this content in your account.
Viridra AI, Claude, and all generated elements remain the property of Viridra AI and Anthropic. You acquire a license to use generated content for personal and commercial use.
5. Credits and Billing
Our Service operates on a credit-based system for generations.
- One credit is consumed per generation (cost varies by content type)
- Free credits (10 per month on Free plan) are never refunded
- Paid credits expire at the end of your subscription period (do not roll over)
- Credit refunds are only granted for technical errors upon request
- We do not refund for wait time, user error, or change of mind
6. Subscription Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Your subscription auto-renews each billing period
- You may cancel anytime via your account (no penalties)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
After 14 days or if you've used more than 50% of your credits, no refunds are available. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your account credentials and password
- All activity on your account
- Reporting any unauthorized access immediately
- Using your account only for lawful and personal purposes
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate content that infringes on others' copyright or intellectual property
- Violate LinkedIn's or any third party's Terms of Service
- Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
- Harass, threaten, defame, or exploit other users
- Sell, distribute, or license generated content to others without permission
- Automate use of the Service beyond its intended limits (rate limiting)
10. Disclaimer
Viridra AI is provided "as is."
We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
You use the Service at your own risk. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viridra AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your account access will cease immediately. Unused credits will not be refunded.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
