Terms of Sale

1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions and credits for the Viridra AI service, operated by Zenthoria LLC, a Wyoming (USA) company, EIN 98-1940299, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the "Seller").

Subscribing to a paid plan means you accept these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy without reservation.

2. The service and plans

Viridra AI is an online LinkedIn content generation service (posts, carousels, hooks, "About" sections, newsletters, comments) that runs on credits. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing.

Available plans:

• Free: 10 credits granted once, when your email address is verified (no payment, no renewal)
• Starter: $9 per month, 100 credits per month
• Pro: $29 per month, 500 credits per month
• Business: $79 per month, 2,000 credits per month

3. Credits

Each generation uses credits depending on the content type:

• Post, hook, comment: 1 credit
• "About" section: 2 credits
• Carousel: 3 credits
• Newsletter: 5 credits
• Credits on a paid plan are renewed every billing period; unused credits do not roll over
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are automatically returned to you

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The total amount due is the amount shown on the secure payment page before you confirm your order.

Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe. The Seller never has access to your card details. Payment is due at subscription and then at each renewal.

If you change plans mid-period, Stripe prorates the price difference and your credits are reset to the new plan’s allowance.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, at no cost and without notice, from the Billing page of your account ("Manage subscription" button). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your credits until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

Deleting your account immediately ends your subscription.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The service is delivered digitally and starts as soon as you subscribe. Without affecting your mandatory statutory rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

The rights granted to you as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence are not affected by these Terms.

7. Availability and support

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, incidents, reliance on third parties such as Anthropic, Vercel or Stripe).

8. Liability

The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content; you remain solely responsible for how you use and publish it. The Seller’s liability is limited as set out in section 11 of our Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Personal data

Data collected for the sale and delivery of the service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from the Billing page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). However, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the competent courts of that country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale. Changes apply to subscriptions and renewals made after publication; existing subscriptions are not changed before their next renewal.
