Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Viridra AI is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of making it.

2. Conditions

• The request is made within 14 days of the first subscription payment
• You have used less than 50% of the credits for the paid period
• The refund covers the first payment only (not later renewals)

3. What is not refundable

• Free credits on the Free plan
• Monthly renewals: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
• Requests made after 14 days, or after more than 50% of the credits have been used
• Change of mind, misuse, or dissatisfaction with the style of generated content outside the 14-day guarantee

4. Technical errors

If a generation fails, credits are returned automatically. If you notice credits wrongly deducted, or a technical problem that kept you from using the service, write to us: we will return the credits or issue a refund, as appropriate.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@zenthoria.tech from your account address with the subject "Viridra AI refund". Include the payment date. We reply within 2 business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of your account ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and costs nothing.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer (including the right of withdrawal that applies in the European Union) and never limits them.
